Maurizio Gardenal
Born at Bolzano on January 11,1960.

Graduated in law “magna cum laude” from the University of Bologna in 1984.
He has been researcher and assistant lecturer on commercial law at Bologna University, and worked as in-house counsel at FIN RITZ in Bologna, a distributor of “Timberland” and “Polo Ralph Lauren” brands.
He has worked for the law firm Grant-Herrmann-Schwarz & Klinger in New York.
In 1990 he established the law firm “Studio Legale Gardenal”, specializing in international, commercial and corporate law.
He is a member of the bar association and admitted to practice before the Italian Court of Cassation (Supreme Court).
He has written numerous articles and publications for law and business reviews and newspapers, including but not limited to “Commercio Internazionale” IPSOA, “Il Sole 24 Ore”, “Corriere della sera”, and has also cooperated with the “Center for International Legal Studies” in Salzburg (Austria). He has contributed to the book “Business in Usa”, a guide for exporters and investors in the US, published by “Il Sole 24 Ore” (2003) with the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
He has been a speaker in many seminars in international commercial law, contracts and corporate law, in cooperation with various entrepreneurs’ associations and Chambers of Commerce, as well as with private institutions such as the International Research Institute.
He is a member of the Legal Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, and counsel for Assolombarda.
