Laura Zammataro
Born at Conegliano (Treviso) on March 31, 1974.
Graduated in law from Padua University in 2001.
Admitted to practice in 2006.
Since 2002 she has been writing articles on IT law for “Web Dieci”, web-portal of the Treviso Chamber of Commerce, managed by “ Treviso Tecnologia”.
Has been working for the law firm Studio Legale Gardenal & Associati since 2007.
She has attended several courses and seminars in her areas of practice, including for example: seminars in competition law, organized by the Department of Juridical Sciences of Padua University (2001); Seminar on the Corporate Law Reform organized by “A.I.G.A.” in Treviso (2003); IPSOA Course on the Civil Procedure Code Reform (2006); seminar on “Community Trademark and Design – Protection strategies and defence”, organized by the OHIM (2007); Seminar on new IP rights and interim measures aiming to protect IP rights, organized by the Treviso Chamber of Commerce (2008).
Course on trademarks, patents, designs, in relation to the Code in the field of industrial property and the Enforcement Directive, organized by the Altalex Training in 2009 in Udine.
