Claudio Gardenal
Born at Conegliano (Treviso) on August 30, 1968.
Graduated in law from Bologna University in 1995.
Admitted to practice in 2002.
Has been working since 1995 for the law firm Studio Legale Gardenal & Associati, of which he became partner in 2002.
He has been a speaker at seminars and courses organized by various institutions (for example, the course: “From business idea to enterprise”, organized by “Treviso Tecnologia”, special department of the Treviso Chamber of Commerce dedicated to technological innovation, on the topic “The various types of companies and legal entities: pros and cons”).
He has attended several courses and seminars on corporate law and IP law (recently: National and EC antitrust law, organized by the European Lawyers’ Association and the European Association of Business Lawyers in 2008; trademarks, patents, designs, in relation to the Code in the field of industrial property and the Enforcement Directive, organized by the Altalex Training in 2009; the preparation of the balance sheet organized by the Ipsoa Training in 2010).
