Christian Montana
Born at Treviso on August 30, 1969
Graduated in law from Bologna University in 1994
Trainee at the Court of Innsbruck Austria (1995).
Admitted to practice in 1999.
Since 1996 has been working with the law firm Studio Legale Gardenal & Associati, of which he became a partner in 2002.
He has been a member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) since 2002. He has organized and spoken at several seminars and working sessions, in Italy and other countries.
Within AIJA, he has been President of the Private Clients’ Commission from 2007 to 2010; at present, he is Vice-President of the Human and Procedural Rights and Responsibilities Commission.
He has spoken at several seminars and courses organized by various institutions (for example: course in international contracts, organized by the International Research Institute).
He cooperates with “Newsmercati” (online newsletter for exporters ) in drafting articles on international and European civil and commercial law.
