Barbara Camatel
Born at Treviso on January 5 1970.
Graduated in law from the University of Bologna in 1995.
Admitted to court practice in 1999.
Since 1995 has been working with Studio Legale Gardenal & Associati, of which she became a partner in 2005.
She has been a member of AIAF ( Italian Association of Lawyers in Family Law) since 2008.
She has attended several courses in labour law and family law (such as, for example: course in Arbitration at the Treviso Chamber of Commerce, in 1999; workshops in divorce law organized by the Treviso Court in 2002; master in labour law, organized by IPSOA in 2005; seminar on “Mobbing, discrimination and existential damages to workers”, organized by the “European School of Economics” in 2005; seminar on “Knowing, preventing and managing mobbing” organized by the Treviso labour law consultants’ association in 2007; courses in family law on “Material and procedural law on breaking up of legitimate and de facto families”, organized by AIAF in 2008).
